ICT Testers

ICT (In-Circuit Testers) are devices used in electronics to test printed circuit boards (PCBs) and the components mounted on them. They are used to check electrical connections and detect any errors or defects in PCBs. ICT testers use measurement techniques such as resistance, capacitance and other electrical parameters to ensure that printed circuit boards are correctly assembled and meet specific quality specifications.

FCT Testers

FCT (Functional Testers) are devices for testing the functionality of finished electronic products. They perform tests that simulate real-world operating conditions, verifying that the device works as designed. They help ensure the quality and reliability of products before they are released to the market.

HVT Testers

HVT (High Voltage Testers) are devices used to test electronic components that require high voltages. They are used in the electrical and electronic industries to test insulation, detect current leaks and assess the overall reliability of devices operating at higher voltages. They help to ensure that products meet safety and quality standards.

AOI testers

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) testers are devices used in the electronics and manufacturing industries for automatic visual inspection of products. They use cameras and advanced vision algorithms to detect defects, assembly errors and irregularities on products. They help to increase the quality, precision and efficiency of production by quickly identifying problems. An AOI tester can scan and evaluate large quantities of products much faster than a human operator.

Wiring

Wiring refers to the process of installing and connecting wires, cables, or other electrical components to create functional electrical or electronic circuits. It is a key element in the construction of electrical, telecommunications, and computer network systems. Wiring can involve connecting devices, creating power connections, transmitting data, or creating complex systems in vehicles, buildings, or electronic devices.

Test needles

Test needles, also known as measuring needles, are small, thin metal components used in electronics and measurement technology. They are used to establish electrical contact with electronic circuits, printed circuit boards or other devices. Test probes are often used in electronic testers to perform electrical measurements, quality control, and fault diagnosis in electronic circuits. They have a characteristic thin shape that allows for precise and temporary connection to circuit components.

Index connectors

Index connectors, also known as index jacks, are industrial components used in electronics manufacturing. They replace the target connectors during testing. They are used for precise and repeatable connections between the module under test and the measuring equipment for various electronic components. Indexes allow the module to be connected without the need for plugs or connectors. This reduces testing time and allows the use of test connectors that are perfectly suited for mass serial testing. Index connectors are available in various sizes and configurations, allowing them to be adapted to specific applications and ensuring high precision in production processes.
